Returns & Exchanges

At MagnetRX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your magnetic jewelry purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 60 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original MagnetRX packaging and include all certificates or accessories that were included in your shipment.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
